NWH Jobs processes personal data. We handle and secure your personal data with the greatest possible care. In this privacy statement, we inform you about the processing of personal data by NWH Jobs.  

Whose personal data do we process?

We process personal data of people with whom we have a relationship. In this case, these are personal data of temporary agency workers and business relations.

Why do we process your personal data?

We gather and process your data to perform various sorts of work, such as recruitment and selection, placement, payroll and financial administration and personnel management.

More specifically, we process your personal data:

  • in order to inform you about our services and working methods via newsletters, but only if you have registered for these;
  • when concluding and maintaining a contract with a temporary agency worker or a client and for the resulting administrative work and in order to comply with laws and regulations, including but not limited to identification, labour law, tax and social insurance law, fraud control and national and international sanctions legislation;
  • in the assessment of your suitability and availability for an available assignment. We may also look at the assessment of previous assignments here;
  • in recording an assignment with the client in the confirmation of a temporary agency placement;
  • in order to grant you access to the HR portal;
  • to generate management information, to provide internal and external audits and for audits by external institutions;
  • to apply for subsidies and/or premium discounts.

When do we gather your personal data?

NWH Jobs gathers data from the moment at which we receive these from our recruitment and selection agencies. We also gather your data if you register as a temporary agency worker via the website or after you complete the contact form.

Which of your personal data do we gather?

We process the personal data that we need in order to provide our services. This includes the following data:

On registration with a recruitment agency:

  • Name, address, city/town, telephone number and e-mail address
  • Citizen service number (BSN)/Registration of non-residents number (RNI) (if available)
  • Copy of identity document
  • Bank account number
  • Nationality
  • Date and place of birth and gender
  • Shoe and clothing size
  • Possession/non-possession of driving licence
  • Knowledge of languages
  • Relevant work experience

As soon as you start work for NWH Jobs, the following is added:

  • BSN/RNI (if available)

On registration via the website, we gather the name, e-mail address and CV.

Do we also process special personal data?

Special personal data are highly sensitive data concerning e.g. health, religion, convictions and criminal records.

NWH Jobs records special personal data only if this is necessary in order to comply with statutory requirements, and only if consent has been given for this or if this is otherwise permitted by or pursuant to the law.

Who can we share your personal data with?

NWH Jobs may share your personal data with clients, government agencies and other business relations. We also do this if we are required to share personal data, for example by a court order.

The provision of the personal data takes place on the basis of a justified interest, statutory obligation and/or to execute the contract in accordance with the objectives, as described in Why do we gather your personal data?

Your personal data may be transferred outside the Netherlands. NWH Jobs has taken measures to ensure that the personal data transferred are adequately secured.  

For how long do we keep your personal data?

The term for keeping your personal data can vary, depending on the statutory frameworks.

Registered with, but has not worked for NWH Jobs

If you have registered with NWH Jobs but have not worked for us, your data will be available for up to two months after your registration. After the end of this period, your data will be finally deleted.

Has worked for NWH Jobs

If you have worked for NWH Jobs, your personal data will be available for up to two years after the end of the employment contract.

Certain personal data will be available for NWH Jobs for longer, in connection with e.g. tax liabilities, claims and audits. 

Personal data of business relations

NWH Jobs processes the personal data of contact persons employed by business relations. We process data including their names, positions and contact details.

These data may be passed on to e.g. temporary agency employees. We also do this if we are required to share personal data, for example by a court order.

What are your rights?

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which replaced the Personal Data Protect Act on 25 May 2018, describes your rights, i.e.:

  • the right to view data;
  • the right to correction if data are incorrect or out of date;
  • the right to erasure (also known as the 'oblivion right'). If these data are provided to third parties, these parties must also be informed of this.
  • right to data transferability (data portability). You have the right to receive your personal data that we hold.

Website and cookies

The NWH Jobs website automatically gathers non-identifiable information on the visitors, such as the pages you viewed, the type of appliance that you use for this, whether you are a new or a returning visitor, which channel you used to access the website (e.g. Facebook or Google) and which internet browser you used for this. This information is gathered with cookies. These are small text files that are placed on your PC, laptop, tablet and smart phone as soon as you visit the website. These cookies are recognised as soon as you visit the website for the second time. We use this information to monitor and improve the use of the website.


NWH Jobs takes physical, organisational and technical measures for optimal protection of your personal data against loss and/or unauthorised use. Only employees who are authorised for this have access to your data.
